01. From Hachiji Dachi, step right foot into Han Zenkutsu Dachi, Right arm Soto Uke into Right Arm Gedan Tetsui.
02. Left arm reverse punch of Gayaki Tsuki to Solarplexus.
03. Fast Right arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye followed by fast left arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye.
04. Step with left foot into Zenkutsu Dachi, Left arm reinforced Uchi Uke.
05. Step with right foot into side stance of Shiko Dachi and strike to rear with right Hiji Ate.
06. Right arm Gedan Tetsui into right arm into back fist of Jodan Uraken.
07. Step left foot into Han Zenkutsu Dachi and punch left Gayaka tsuki.
08. Fast Right arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye followed by fast left arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye.
09. Step with left foot into Zenkutsu Dachi, Left arm reinforced Uchi Uke.
10. Step with right foot into side stance of Shiko Dachi and strike to the rear with right Hiji Ate.
11. Right arm Gedan Tetsui Tsuki into right arm back fist of Jodan Uraken.
12. Step left foot into Han Zenkutsu Dachi and punching left Gayaka tsuki.
13. Fast Right arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye followed by fast left arm Tai Sho Tsuki to 3rd eye.
14. Return to Hichiji Dachi chambering into X Block and Bow.
