Mill Hill Dojo is a custom built Self Defense training hall designed by Sensei Mark Brown and Sensei Robert Polecat. The building itself is a former oversized car garage, measuring six meters long by three meters wide. The dojo has a sealed concrete floor, carpet and 40mm thick competition mats. A fresh white washed interior covers the walls and gloss black beams and doors compliment the clean and traditional dojo's look.

Mill Hill Dojo also has a yoga ball, competition karate mats and a large selection of mitts and pads for striking, blocking and kicking technique practise. The fitness equipment available enables us to train professionally and safely, decorating the dojo we have a belt rack belonging to Sensei Brown which holds all his earned belts in Karate, a skeleton model for education purposes and various small devices such as ankle weights, wrist grip trainers and a skipping rope.
